• Tickets are good for the date selected and may not be changed on the day of your visit.

• No adult may enter the Fest area without a child.

• Tickets are not transferable on the day of your visit. Once an adult has checked in, another adult may not take their place.

• Season Passes are non-refundable. Each pass admits one child and up to two adults on every festival day. The two adults do not have to be the same people each visit, but the pass covers one child only.

• Rain dates — if we close for weather, you will receive an email with a coupon code to rebook another festival day.
